1. 지난 일을 사실과 다르게 가정하며 후회나 안타까움 등을 나타내는 연결 어미.

1. Terminaison connective indiquant l'expression du regret, de la tristesse, etc. en supposant qu'une chose passée soit différente de la réalité.

🗣️ Exemple(s):
  • 그때 우리가 그곳에 가지 않았더라면 좋았을 텐데.
    I wish we hadn't been there then.
  • 삼십 분만 일찍 일어났더라면 지각을 하지 않았을 텐데.
    I wouldn't have been late if i had got up half an hour early.
  • 내가 조금만 참았더라면 괜찮았을 일에 괜히 화를 냈구나.
    You must have been angry at something that would have been all right if i had endured a little.
  • 그가 일찍 결혼을 했더라면 벌써 아이가 초등학생은 되었을 것이다.
    If he had married early, the child would have already become an elementary school student.
  • 만약 이 시를 이런 식으로 지었더라면 어땠을까?
    What if this poem had been written this way?
    아주 다른 의미가 되었겠지?
    It would have meant something very different, right?
