1. 어떤 것이 다른 어떤 것에 가까이 가서 붙게 되다.

1. ATTACH; TOUCH: For something to go near something and attach itself to it.

  • 나는 서울에 닿는 대로 서울에 있는 친구와 친척들에게 연락을 했다.
    I contacted friends and relatives in seoul as soon as i reached seoul.
  • 배가 항구에 닿자마자 선장은 급히 사람들을 내리고 다시 출항 준비를 하였다.
    As soon as the ship reached the port, the captain hurried down and prepared for the departure again.
  • 잠시 다른 승객들과 이야기를 나누는 사이에 버스는 어느새 목적지에 닿아 있었다.

7. BE RIGHT: To be accurate.

🗣️ 용례:
  • 논리에 닿다.
    Reach logic.
  • 사리에 닿다.
    Reach reason.
  • 이치에 닿다.
    Makes sense.
  • 조리에 닿다.
    Reach the point of cooking.
  • 승규는 논리에 닿지 않는 주장을 하고는 늘 자신의 주장이 옳다고 우긴다.
    Seung-gyu makes unreasonable claims and always insists that his arguments are right.
  • 지수의 이야기를 찬찬히 들어 보면 사리에 닿고 옳아 틀린 말이 하나도 없었다.
    Listening carefully to ji-su's story, there was nothing wrong with reason and right.

  • 승규의 문장은 전체적으로 의미가 잘 닿아서 별로 손 볼 것이 없었다.
