Ending of a Word

1. 앞에 오는 말을 인정하면서 그에 반대되거나 관계없는 내용을 덧붙여 말할 때 쓰는 연결 어미.

1. -NDAMANEUN: A connective ending used when recognizing the truth of the preceding statement and adding something that is contrary or irrelevant to it.

🗣️ Usage Example:

눈이 많이 온다마는 그래도 운동하러 가야겠다.
It's snowing a lot, but i'd better go work out.
잊어 보려고 애를 쓴다마는 어머니 생각에 나도 모르게 눈물이 난다.
I'm trying to forget, but my mother's thoughts make me cry.
