Ending of a Word  

1. (예사 높임으로) 설명, 의문, 명령, 요청의 뜻을 나타내는 종결 어미.

1. -SO: (formal, moderately addressee-raising) A sentence-final ending used to describe, ask a question, order, and request.

🗣️ Usage Example:
  • 하늘이 참 파랗소.
    The sky is so blue.
  • 주말이라 그런지 거리에 사람이 참 많소.
    There are so many people on the street maybe because it's the weekend.
  • 나는 은행에 잠깐 들렀다 갈 테니 먼저 들어가소.
    I'm gonna stop by the bank and get in first.
  • 어제 서울에 갔던 일은 잘되었소?
    How was your trip to seoul yesterday?
    거래처와 해결할 문제가 있었는데 잘 해결되었소.
    I had a problem with the client, but it worked out well.

📚 Annotation: 동사와 형용사 또는 '-었-', '-겠-' 뒤에 붙여 쓴다.
