Ending of a Word  

1. (예사 낮춤으로) 말하는 사람이 기꺼이 하겠다는 뜻을 나타내는 종결 어미.

1. -MSE: (formal, moderately addressee-lowering) A sentence-final ending used to express the speaker's intention to do something willingly.

🗣️ Usage Example:
  • 올해가 가기 전에 내가 꼭 연락함세.
    I'll be sure to contact you before the end of the year.
  • 자네가 빌린 책은 내가 좀 가져감세.
    I'll take the book you borrowed.
  • 아무리 그래도 내 딸은 자네에게 못 줌세.
    But my daughter can't give it to you.
  • 그럼 그때 우리가 잘 가던 찻집에서 봄세.
    Then let's see at the teahouse we used to go to.
  • 새해가 되었으니 새 마음으로 일을 시작해 봄세.
    Now that it's new year, let's start working with a new heart.

    I'm the third one tonight.
