Ending of a Word  

1. (두루높임으로) 어떤 사실을 서술하거나 질문, 명령, 권유함을 나타내는 종결 어미.

1. -EOYO: (informal addressee-raising) A sentence-final ending used to describe a certain fact, ask a question, give an order, or advise.

🗣️ Usage Example:
  • Google translate 내 말을 좀 믿어 줘요.
    Please believe me.
  • Google translate 그걸 정말 혼자 다 먹어요?
    Do you really eat it all by yourself?
  • Google translate 우리는 그날 처음 만났어요.
    We met for the first time that day.
  • Google translate 배고플 텐데 그 음식들 좀 들어요.
    You must be hungry. listen to the food.
  • Google translate 우리 어른들께 자리를 양보해 드려요.
    Let's give up our seats to our elders.
  • Google translate 나는 학생이어요.
    I'm a student.

📚 Annotation: 끝음절의 모음이 ‘ㅏ, ㅗ’로 끝나지 않는 동사와 형용사 또는 '이다' 뒤에 붙여 쓴다.
