Ending of a Word  

1. (두루높임으로) 말하는 사람이 알고 있는 것을 일러바침을 나타내는 종결 어미.

1. -DAEYO: (informal addressee-raising) A sentence-final ending used when the speaker talks about something that he/she knows.

🗣️ Usage Example:
  • Google translate 누구누구는 바지에 오줌 쌌대요.
    Someone peed on their pants.
  • Google translate 지수랑 민준이랑 둘이 뽀뽀했대요.
    Jisoo and minjun kissed.
  • Google translate 엄마, 승규는 공부도 안 하고 게임만 했대요.
    Mom, seung-gyu didn't study and just played games.
  • Google translate 선생님, 유민이가 청소도 안 하고 친구들이랑 놀러 갔대요.
    Teacher, yoomin didn't clean up and went out with her friends.
    Google translate 내일 유민이 오면 교무실로 오라고 하렴.
    Tell yoomin to come to the teachers' office tomorrow.
