I saw on the show the content of eating vegetables or mixed grains rice.

My brother nagged me when i came back from going out, telling me to change my clothes or wash my hands.
어머니는 밖에서 놀고 온 동생에게 머리를 감으라느니 몸을 깨끗이 씻으라느니 하는 말씀을 하셨다.
Mother told her brother, who had played outside, to wash his hair or to wash his body clean.
