1. (두루높임으로) 말하는 사람이 한 제안이나 주장을 되풀이하거나 강조할 때 쓰는 표현.

1. -JAGOYO: (informal addressee-raising) An expression used to repeat or stress the speaker's suggestion or opinion.

🗣️ Usage Example:
  • 여러분, 우리 모두 힘내자고요.
    Guys, let's all cheer up.
  • 놀러 가더라도 밥은 먹고 가자고요.
    Even if we go out, let's eat.
  • 문 좀 닫자고요. 제가 몇 번을 말합니까?
    Close the door. how many times do i tell you?
  • 뭐라고 하셨어요?
    What did you say?
    시끄러우니까 좀 조용히 하자고요.
    It's loud, so let's be quiet.

2. (두루높임으로) 상대방의 말을 전하며 확인하거나 부정하는 뜻으로 되물을 때 쓰는 표현.

    You don't know when seung-gyu's coming. you want me to wait?
  • 너랑 더 할 말이 없다. 그만 싸우자.
    I have nothing more to say to you. let's stop fighting.
    나는 아직 할 말이 남았는데 그만두자고요?
    I still have something to say. you want me to quit?

📚 Annotation: '이다', 동사와 형용사 뒤에 붙여 쓴다.
