🌟 -으라고는

1. 명령이나 요청 등의 말을 인용하며 그와 대조되는 사실을 말할 때 쓰는 표현.

1. -EURAGONEUN: An expression used to quote an order, request, etc., and state the fact that is the opposite of it.

🗣️ Usage Example:
  • 여기 풍경을 찍으라고 했지 내 사진을 찍으라고는 한 적이 없는데.
    I told you to take a picture of the scenery here, not my picture.
  • 지수한테 억지로 그 일을 맡으라고는 한 적이 없는데 왜 자원해 놓고 하기 싫대?
    I never forced jisoo to take the job. why doesn't she want to volunteer?
  • 선물을 맡아 달라고 했지 포장을 뜯으라고는 하지 않았어.
    I asked you to keep the gift, but you didn't tell me to open the package.
  • 꽤 많은 것 같았는데 먹다 보니 다 먹게 되네.
    Looks like quite a lot, but i'm eating it all.
    그 많은 걸 다 먹었다고? 다 먹으라고는 하지 않았는데.
    You ate all that stuff? i didn't tell you to eat it all.

📚 Annotation: ‘ㄹ’을 제외한 받침 있는 동사 뒤에 붙여 쓰고, 주로 ‘없다’, ‘않다’ 등 부정을 나타내는 말과 함께 쓴다.
