1. 재산, 이익, 안전 등을 잃거나 외부로부터의 침범을 당하지 않게 보호하거나 감시하여 막다.

1. เฝ้า, ป้องกัน, รักษา, ดูแล: ดูแลหรือเฝ้าระวังความปลอดภัยไม่ให้ถูกบุกรุกจากภายนอกหรือเพื่อไม่ให้ทรัพย์สิน ผลประโยชน์ หรือความปลอดภัย เป็นต้น หายไป
